It is ideal for people who are organised, accurate and interested in how businesses record, manage and report financial information. The Mindful delivery model is designed to combine online learning with tutor-supported study, making it suitable for apprentices who need a structured but flexible route.
What experience and skills will you gain?
You will develop skills in bookkeeping, double-entry accounting, financial processes, accounting systems, reconciliations, costing, management accounting, VAT, final accounts, reports and ethical practice. You will also learn how to communicate financial information, use digital accounting tools, support internal and external customers and work accurately to deadlines.

How will you be assessed?
You will be assessed through a combination of online and tutor-supported learning, workplace evidence, progress reviews, accounting tasks and preparation for End Point Assessment. Depending on the agreed delivery model, you may also complete accounting qualification assessments. The End Point Assessment will confirm that you can apply accounting knowledge and skills accurately in the workplace.
